Commercial Kitchen Design & Foodservice Consulting
Our clients have come to us with the most creative ideas and aspirations. We have been lucky to partner with innovative, values-aligned organizations desiring fresh, optimized spaces. From nonprofits needing a kitchen and dining space to better serve their community, to large tech companies due for a new design or remodel to accommodate exponential growth, we’ve done it all and enjoy collaborating with our clients on every step of the process.
DESIGN PORTFOLIO
Global Financial Tech Company
In close collaboration with the internal Food Team and General Architect of a prolific Financial Tech Company, Just Fare designed the ultimate all-electric, flexible kitchen and servery for a program focused on simplicity and community - one of the first of its size and scale in the Bay Area. This design will serve them many years into the future.
Faire
Faire presented some interesting and fun opportunities to design with - and not just a laugh or two about our shared name. They enlisted us to support their new HQ design-build project in SF and we got to work designing food and drink spaces that were functional and beautiful, while bearing their headcount growth in mind. This included a catering kitchen, dining room, snack and drink area and coffee bar. We now stock, manage, and cater their office food spaces as well.
Mission Neighborhood Centers
We’re elated to partner with Mission Neighborhood Centers (MNC) again in 2022, a 100 year-old organization rooted in community and social services in the Mission District of SF. We’ve worked on two past projects with them, supporting them to plan for a future self-operating food program to serve their Head Start and Healthy Aging programs, along with outlining kitchen space requirements and detailed financial modeling. We hope to support MNC to design their ideal kitchen to continue serving their community in new ways for another 100 years.
Mandela Partners
Mandela Partners is one of our closest partners, collaborating across several of our business units. We purchase produce from them, partner in their job development program and are leading the remodel of their new community kitchen and café. After assessing their needs for an expanded kitchen and community space, we led them through all design-build elements — from concept sketches to construction drawings and permitting — project managing each step of the way.
