Everyone needs a break from work, so we encourage it! Unlike most traditional food industry jobs, our Workplace Front and Back of House employees have weekends off. We provide paid time off to allow all employees to take time to recharge their batteries.
Paid Vacation: up to 10 days accrued per year for full-time employees; unlimited time off for salaried positions
Paid Sick time: 1 hour for every 30 hours worked; unlimited sick time for salaried positions
Paid Holidays: 11 days per year for full and part time employees

To support in professional development, quarterly 1:1 check-ins and formal annual reviews for all employees.
